Designed comprehensive regional economic equity and inclusion strategy and collaboration engaging County’s largest community development organization and 11-county economic development organization including $2M Equity Fund for minority business for pandemic stabilization for over 100 MBEs. The initiative set a plan for operationalization and funding a new Community Development Financing Institution (CDFI) to help minority businesses start-up, grow and scale.

Extensive experience developing equity and inclusion strategy across multiple platforms and municipal agencies. Implemented an inclusive placemaking economic development strategy including leveraging public investment to create P3 projects in low wealth communities. Designed an Economic Opportunity Study to increase diverse vendor/supplier utilization on $3B available spend. Designed workforce DEI strategy and implementation using theory of change design and scorecard-impact management, measurement and compliance methodology for 1200 member staff in a union environment. Co-facilitated implicit bias and DiSC trainings, mentoring and executive coaching programs.

Designed and marketed a quantitative online survey tool complemented by three focus groups to measure COVID-19 business impact centering Black businesswomen. Research report author and project management. The Ohio RISE Survey, with over 250 participants, is the first statewide pandemic survey focusing solely on minority entrepreneurs.
